Shelf Life

Our products are shelf stable at room temperature and out of direct sunlight:

            -Our dip mixes and seasoning mixes are good for 6 to 12 months after purchase.

            -Baking mixes are best used within 3-6 months for premium quality.

            -Our soda bread mix is best used within 6 months for maximum leavening power.

            -Our bottled items are good for 4 weeks after opening when refrigerated. 

Product Packaging

            - All products are packaged in heat sealed, food grade packages.
            - Jam, jelly, fruit butter, and fruit syrups have tamper proof heat seals.
            - Large items with multiple packets are packed in lined food grade craft bags with ties.
            - Our larger products are packed in gusseted clear bags with zip top heat seals.
            - All of our other mixes are in gusseted or flat sealed bags.
            -Shaker jars are available for individual purchase and as an option with popcorn seasoning.
